Iron Chef Competition 2011
The Iron Chef team from Prince Edward Collegiate Institute, Picton, competed at Loyalist College, Belleville. They placed third for their delicious 3-course meal which included rack of lamb appetizers, crusted beef tenderloin as part of the main and a molten chocolate cake with caramel ice cream and raspberry coulis drizzle.
